So yes: dual nationals, youth internationals who may yet switch, and academy players all count. Northern Ireland internationals are included only if they're also eligible for the Republic. Each player's page shows their nationalities and whether they're cap-tied.

Every rating on the site is a FotMob match rating. We don't calculate our own.
Ratings are scaled within each competition, so a 7.8 in League Two and a 7.8 in the Premier League aren't the same thing. That's why a "by rating" list can put a lower-league player above a Premier League one. Treat it as a form guide, not a ranking.
